At Attalos, every product is crafted or prepared with great care — whether it’s a digital file, a customized creation, or a restored piece.
Because of the nature of our work, some items cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Digital Products

All digital downloads (such as rendering packs, guides, and design files) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the files have been delivered.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience any issues with your download or file access, we’re happy to help.

 

Customized Items

Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or refunds once production has started, since each piece is made specifically for you.
We encourage you to double-check your order details before confirming.

 

Renovated & Restored Products

Due to their unique and often one-of-a-kind nature, restored or renovated items are sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Each item’s condition and restoration details are clearly described in the product listing.
