What stays under your control
The organizer link is private and controls editing, finalizing, and deleting the poll. The participant link is separate, so a group can respond without seeing management controls. This keeps scheduling simple while still giving the organizer a way to return to the poll later.
Practical limits
FindOurTime is not a calendar replacement. It does not book rooms, send calendar invitations, or decide on behalf of the group. It is built to collect availability clearly so the organizer can make the final decision with less back-and-forth.
